Best dentist I've been to. I needed a root canal due to an infected nerve. They're helpful and understand care over money. They guided me through what the process was going to be and was transparent the whole time. They fixed my infection and am so happy with the results!

Dentistry of Lacey is truly a gem of a practice and it starts with their phenomenal team. From the very beginning, the office manager Coleen went above and beyond to make sure everything worked for me. She was attentive, efficient, and genuinely cared about my time and comfort. She scheduled my appointment with such thoughtfulness, minimizing the number of visits I’d need while still ensuring I received top-tier care. Hayley, the dental assistant, was such a calming presence. While my dental material was being made, she kept me relaxed with great conversation and a warm, professional demeanor. Dr. Song is not only incredibly skilled, but also kind and gentle. She makes even the most nerve-wracking procedures feel manageable. I felt completely confident in her hands. The office itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything feels fresh, organized, and calming from the moment you walk in. Cleanliness clearly matters to them, and it shows. The wait times were short, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every woman I encountered in that office radiated intelligence and kindness. The entire team isn't just professional, they're good people.
