Best dental experience I have ever had! I don’t have insurance & was nervous to go as I hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years! Was so pleased with the care of the staff and how kind they were, and even better I had no cavities, dental disease or any issues! Just need my wisdom teeth removed which they have also helped with giving me a better deal than insurance could give! Talked to my broker about getting on dental as soon as I found out I needed my wisdom teeth removed but with what I needed, doing a plan through Dentist of Lacey would be a better deal! 5 months later: Taking back my review! I am so angry that I sat and wrote this review right after leaving while sitting in the parking lot. After getting my wisdom teeth removed it has now been 5 months and I went in for a checkup as I am still having severe tooth and gum pain from the removal. I just scheduled for a checkup and came in, they proceeded to clean my teeth as well. Then at the end told me I owed $110 for the cleaning. I explained to them that I did not request a cleaning and that I was only there for a checkup which should be free as they have caused severe mouth pain. The lady at the front desk told me “we have already done the cleaning so I’m not sure what to do from here”. I did not ask for a cleaning and do not have an extra $110 lying around for something they did without permission. I am very very upset and will never be coming back here. These people are only looking for money, do not come to this dentist! Another update: They have called to resolve the issue and refunded the $110.

Amazing! The deep clean was as painless as possible with little to no uncomfortability. The front desk was proactive with options and assistance. I never thought I would be excited to come back to the dentist. They are the best!

I had an amazing experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed and at ease. The office manager, Hannah was super friendly and efficient, and the entire office felt clean, organized, and well-run. The Dr. Leal was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. I really appreciated how they walked me through all my treatment options and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. The assistants,Hayley and Olivia, were also fantastic — attentive, kind, and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I was in and out in an hour for my tooth to be fixed! Overall, one of the best dental visits I’ve had. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a team that is professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about their patients. 1000/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
